Corey is a certified red seal carpenter with close to 30 years of experience in the building industry. Corey was born and raised in the Kootenays, BC. Coming from a building family lineage he started on the tools young. He really consolidated his framing skills working in Calgary, AB. In 2003 Corey started his first building company with
Corey is a certified red seal carpenter with close to 30 years of experience in the building industry. Corey was born and raised in the Kootenays, BC. Coming from a building family lineage he started on the tools young. He really consolidated his framing skills working in Calgary, AB. In 2003 Corey started his first building company with his brother and many years in they decide to part ways after realizing the cliche warnings were indeed true. Corey decided to further his building knowledge by completing his red seal carpentry certificate and becoming a licensed home building. In 2016 Corey started Sandrock Building Company with his wife Danielle.

Danielle has always been passionate for home design. She was born in England but raised in the boonies at Idabel Lake just outside of Kelowna, BC. She also comes from a family of carpenters/architects and from a young age was always rearranging rooms and drawing out floor plans. Danielle has worked as a registered nurse for the past 15 yr
Danielle has always been passionate for home design. She was born in England but raised in the boonies at Idabel Lake just outside of Kelowna, BC. She also comes from a family of carpenters/architects and from a young age was always rearranging rooms and drawing out floor plans. Danielle has worked as a registered nurse for the past 15 yrs and also helping in the Sandrock office. 2021 was an exciting year when Danielle decided to fulfill her passion and graduated from the Interior Design Institute of Vancouver becoming an Interior Designer for Sandrock.

Shawn is in his 4th year of his carpentry apprenticeship and has worked with Sandrock since 2017. He has a young family of his own and appreciates the value in a well built home.

Al is a certified journeyman electrician by trade. Al has a goal of learning all the trades that go into building a home. He has been doing framing, foundations and labour for Sandrock since 2021.
